> Complete the Exterview setup questionnaire with the right stakeholders, answer in business language, review defaults, sign off, and freeze the configuration.

## How answering works

<Steps>
  <Step title="Answer in business language">
    You describe how you hire; Exterview translates it into the platform. No
    schemas, no code.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use defaults where you're not ready">
    If a decision isn't ready, Exterview applies sensible defaults you can
    revisit later.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and sign off">
    Nothing is final until sign-off. Once signed, setup becomes the agreed
    configuration baseline.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Material changes after sign-off should be reviewed and approved before use.
  Changes that affect scoring re-baseline to a new version so results stay
  reproducible.
