# Production Checklist

> Pre-live gate criteria for going into production with Exterview, including configuration sign-off, integration verification, and stakeholder approvals.

## Purpose

The pre-live gate. Confirm every item before you enable production workflows.

## Checklist

| 1  | Foundation setup reviewed             | Structure, roles, bands, and skills are signed off.                                                |
| 2  | Operations setup reviewed             | Channels, pipelines, rubrics, and gating are set.                                                  |
| 3  | Governance setup reviewed             | Access, privacy, compliance, and review are confirmed.                                             |
| 4  | Users and roles assigned              | The right people have the right permissions.                                                       |
| 5  | Required integrations connected       | Connectors that trigger or support workflows are live.                                             |
| 6  | Candidate communication reviewed      | Channels tested and consent-aligned.                                                               |
| 7  | Human review path confirmed           | Reviewers and approval steps are in place.                                                         |
| 8  | Reporting & monitoring path confirmed | You know where reports and outcomes land.                                                          |
| 9  | Support owner identified              | A named owner handles issues after go-live.                                                        |
| 10 | Calibration validated on volume       | At least 100 evaluation sessions have run, so scoring behavior is confirmed for your organization. |

  **Calibration needs volume to validate.** Scoring is calibrated for your organization during Foundation, but you cannot confirm it is landing correctly until it has run at scale. Plan for at least 100 evaluation sessions, through a pilot or phased rollout, before treating scores as fully validated for high-stakes decisions. Below that volume, treat outputs as directional and keep human review especially close. See [Calibration](/monitor/calibration).

  This mainly applies to larger, enterprise-level contracts. Your Customer Success contact will guide you through which checklist items apply to your specific plan.
