# How to Run a Panel Round in the Advanced Video Room

## What it is designed to do

* Run a panel or HR round in Exterview's own video room instead of Microsoft Teams.
* Give candidates a join link that needs no app or plugin, with a recording notice before they join.
* Record and transcribe the round, and score it against the role's rubric the same way as a Teams round.
