Role Builder ## Before you start You need permission to manage jobs. See [Manage users and roles](/guides/users-roles). ## Steps Upload a job description file, or describe the role in a prompt of at least 50 characters. Choose the pipeline template and location the role will use. Start a new job AI prefills the job's title, department, compensation, and description, and drafts its skills and performance-based rating criteria for you to adjust. Review the AI-drafted details Each AI interview round already has questions and scoring weights drafted for it. Edit them, or add more from the question bank. Review the AI-generated questions Bulk-upload resumes now, or come back and add them to the job later. Add candidates Finish the wizard to publish it, and turn on the careers page toggle to also list it on your public careers page. Publish the job ## FAQs Every new job starts from a job description file or a prompt, and AI drafts the details either way — there's no blank manual form. Everything it drafts can be edited afterward. Yes. The description, skills, rating criteria, and every interview question are editable before you publish.
