# How to Review Billing, Usage, and Plans

> How to review your organization's plan, credit usage, and pricing in Settings, and how to change plans.

**Core.** Billing is a standard account screen, not an AI feature. Admins can review the organization's plan, credit usage, and pricing directly in Settings.

## Before you start

Billing is only visible to your organization's Billing Admin and Super Admin roles — it does not appear in Settings for other roles.

## Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Billing in Settings">
    Go to **Settings → Billing**. Prices can be shown in US dollars or Indian
    rupees using the currency toggle at the top of the page.

  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your credits and current plan">
    See how many credits your organization has used against its total, along
    with capacity for each AI agent type. Alongside it, your current plan
    shows its price, term, renewal date, and a chart of monthly credit use.

    tables give more detail: a package comparison and per-report pricing for
    each interview type.

    27001\.

    on your account.

## FAQs

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Is this an AI feature?">
    No. Billing is a standard account and commerce screen.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I upgrade or downgrade my own plan?">
    Not directly. Every plan other than your current one routes to Exterview Sales
    — plan changes are provisioned on your account rather than activated by you.
    Upgrades apply immediately as a prorated top-up; downgrades and cancellations
    take effect at the end of your term.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is a credit?">
    One credit equals \$1. Every report has a fixed credit price — for example, a
    resume match costs 1 credit and a voice screening costs 10. A full hiring
    decision typically runs about 96 credits.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is Rebalance?">
    When one agent type is close to its capacity but your organization still has
    credits left overall, Exterview automatically shifts capacity from agent types
    with room to spare, so you keep working even if one meter is full.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do unused credits roll over?">
    No. Credits are valid for 12 months and expire at renewal. Enterprise
    contracts can negotiate custom terms with Sales.
