# How to Set Up Your Careers Page

> How your organization's public careers page works, how to brand it, and how to publish roles to it.

**Core.** Your careers page is the public, branded page candidates use to browse and apply to your open roles.

## Before you start

You need permission to manage organization settings and jobs, and your organization needs the careers page feature enabled.

## Steps

    Go to Settings > Company to see your public Careers URL, and preview it.

  <Step title="Set your organization profile">
    Add your logo, industry, size, address, and description. These appear
    on the careers page and on every job listed there.

    Turn on the careers page toggle for a job in [AI Role Builder](/guides/ai-role-builder), or publish it from the Jobs list.
