# How to Run an EX Voice Interview

> How to run EX Voice: an AI-led voice screening interview the candidate takes from a browser, on a computer or a phone.

**AI.** EX Voice runs a structured voice screening interview with an AI interviewer, so no recruiter has to sit in. It is **Available**, on desktop browsers and on mobile phones.

## Before you start

Choose the interviewer voice and the number of voice rounds in [Configure your AI interviewer](/guides/setup-ai-interviewer), and add a voice stage to the role's pipeline. See [Design your hiring pipeline](/guides/setup-pipeline).

  <Step title="Confirm the questions and rubric">
    Review the questions and the rubric the interviewer scores against. See

  <Step title="Invite the candidate">
    Send the invite, or share the interview link. The candidate acknowledges
    the AI interview notice before the interview starts.

  <Step title="Candidate completes the interview">
    The candidate joins from any browser, passes the device check, and
    completes the voice interview. On a phone, the camera is used in place of
