# How to Run an HR Round in Microsoft Teams

**AI.** HR Round runs a dedicated HR screening round in Teams, using the same Exterview bot as Panel Round to record, transcribe, and generate a competency report against an HR-specific rubric. It is **Launching Aug 22, 2026**, not yet available.
## Steps
Choose "HR" as the round type in the same scheduling dialog used for
Panel rounds, pick Microsoft Teams as where it runs, and add your HR
interviewer.
The Exterview bot dials into the meeting and posts a notice in the
meeting chat that the interview will be recorded and transcribed.
Once the meeting ends, Exterview fetches the meeting's transcript and
recording through Microsoft Graph.
The transcript is analyzed against the HR round's rubric to produce one
report: an overall score, a recommendation, scores and evidence for each
competency, and any red flags — the same report shape as a Panel round.
The HR round's result sits alongside the candidate's other rounds ahead
