# How to Verify Candidate Identity

> Verify candidate identity before or during an interview. Upcoming AI feature.

**AI.** Candidate Identity Verification is an AI-assisted feature that confirms a candidate is who they claim to be, reducing interview fraud. It is **Upcoming**, not yet available. When it launches, it will be turned on or off for your whole account — it cannot be set differently for individual roles or interview stages.
