# How to Read Job Analytics

> Go deeper than the KPI panel on a job: funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and benchmarks. Upcoming.

**Core.** Every job already shows a KPI bar — Opening, Scheduled, Completed, Recommended, Not a Good Fit, and Hired — that you can click to filter its candidate list. Job Analytics goes further, into funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and benchmark comparisons. It is **Upcoming**, not yet available.
