Upcoming — consolidates today's separate role and jobs-data setup into one entity. **Core.** Job Architecture is the org-wide structure every role reads against: departments, job families, a fixed set of seniority bands with your own title for each tier, skills grouped into clusters, responsibilities per band, and an optional overlay for regulated roles. It is **Upcoming**, not yet available. Job Architecture ## Steps Go to the Job Architecture area of setup. Open Job Architecture Group roles into departments and families, and give your organization's own title to each fixed seniority band, from individual contributor through leadership. Define departments, job families, and bands Assign skills to the platform's skills clusters and set the responsibilities that distinguish one band from the next. Regulated organizations can also enable an overlay for compliance-specific dimensions. Populate skills clusters and responsibilities Roles created in AI Role Builder resolve against this structure.
