It sets up the roles that AI evaluation later runs against. Create and manage jobs ## Before you start You need an active account and permission to manage jobs (Admin, TA Manager, or Recruiter). See [Manage users and roles](/guides/users-roles). ## Steps Go to the Jobs area of the workspace. Open Jobs Upload a job description file or describe the role in an AI prompt, then pick the pipeline and location it belongs to. Start a job Fill in the job basics (department, employment type, work mode, city, CTC, openings, and required skills), assign questions to each pipeline round, and add any candidates you already have before publishing.
