Custom Fields ## Purpose Add your own field to a candidate when Exterview's built-in fields don't cover something your organization needs to capture. ## Steps Go to Custom Fields inside platform settings. Open Custom Fields Name the field. Candidates are the only level this will support at first. Add a field Mark whether the field is required or optional. Set validation Publish so the field appears on the candidate form across your organization. Publish to your organization
