# Set Up Communication

> How candidate communication is agreed during setup: email is the channel today, with message copy confirmed alongside your Customer Success team.

**Core.** Communication setup is standard configuration, not AI. Email is the channel Exterview uses to reach candidates today; message copy is confirmed with your Customer Success team rather than edited in a self-service screen.

## Purpose

Confirm how candidates are contacted, and agree the wording Exterview sends on your behalf.

    like interview invites.

    Your Customer Success facilitator walks through the seeded email copy —
    subject and body for invites and reminders — and records the wording you
    want. Editing this copy yourself in-app is not available yet.

  other contact channels beyond email, and offer management — generating offer
  letters in-platform, e-signature, and offer approval routing. Offer management
  is a separate capability planned well down the road, not part of setup today.
