# Report Templates

> Reusable report and export formats in Exterview, so teams share evaluation results in a consistent, decision-ready shape.

Reusable formats for presenting and exporting evaluation results, so a hiring manager, panel, or auditor always sees results in the same shape. For what a report contains, see [Session Reports](/monitor/session-reports) and the [Report Glossary](/monitor/report-glossary).

## Purpose

Let teams standardize how results are shared and exported, without redefining the underlying report each time.
