# Session Reports

> The report generated for each completed Exterview session, including the document-workflow variant, scorecard details, and reviewer takeaway summary.

## Purpose

Every deployed agent produces a structured report — a **takeaway** your team reviews to make a decision. Reports are decision *support*, not decision automation.

  Reports inform human decisions. Exterview never makes an autonomous hiring
  decision. Agent and output names match those in [Deploy → Session
  Types](/deploy/session-types) — see that page for which agents are available
  today versus on the roadmap.

## The takeaway principle

Every report leads with a clear, reviewable takeaway — the summary a human needs to act — backed by the evidence behind it. Reviewers can always trace a takeaway to what the candidate actually said or submitted.
