# Exterview Pricing

> How Exterview is priced: commitment and pay-per-decision models, and Azure procurement.

Exterview is priced to match how you buy: commit to annual hiring volume, or pay per finalized decision. Sized to your hiring scale and your compliance bar.

## Two ways to buy

## The land-and-expand path

Most customers start light and expand as fit is proven, using the same three tiers as Configure.

## Pay per decision, by agent

Each agent produces one scored output, a **decision**, and pay-per-decision is billed on that output. A minimum annual volume applies per decision type.

<Note>
  A **decision** is a finalized, scored verdict on a candidate. Drafts, retries,
  and incomplete sessions are never billed. Per-decision rates:{" "}
