    ATS AI is built to move candidates through a pipeline, not to evaluate them to your bar. Exterview adds org-specific, reproducible evaluation and a post-hire loop on top of the ATS you already run, the two are complementary.

  <Accordion title="Will this lock us in?" icon="lock-open">
    Exterview layers above your stack and integrates through standard connectors.
    Your data is yours, exportable, and specific to your organization. The value
    that accrues, your calibration, belongs to you.

  <Accordion title="How do you prevent bias?" icon="scale-balanced">
    Role-relevant rubrics applied consistently, content-based scoring (not face,

  <Accordion title="Why not build this in-house?" icon="screwdriver-wrench">

    calibration plus a closed post-hire loop, a set of specialized agents, and
    compliance, sustained over time. That's the system Exterview is.

  <Accordion title="What about our data?" icon="shield-halved">
    Specific to your organization, encrypted, and never pooled into a shared model
    or sold. Configurable retention policies are still being finalized. See
    [Privacy & Residency](/trust/privacy-residency).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How is this different from a skills graph?" icon="diagram-project">
    A skills graph is one static model served to everyone. Exterview calibrates to *your* organization and compounds with *your* outcomes, the advantage is yours, not the vendor's.
