Exterview is sold as an annual package that includes an allowance of Evaluation credits. Each completed report uses credits at its listed rate. How you buy

Annual package with credits

Choose Starter, Growth or Enterprise. The subscription pays for platform access and includes a yearly allowance of Evaluation credits.

Credits for completed reports

Each completed report uses credits at its listed rate. Spend your Evaluation credits on any mix of report types across the funnel.
You are never charged automatically. When an allowance runs low you are told; when it runs out, that activity pauses until you approve more. Package prices and credit rates are shared by our team. for a quote.

The land-and-expand path

Most customers start light and expand as fit is proven, using the same three tiers as Configure. Start with Starter, expand to Growth, then Enterprise as fit is proven.

Starter

Get started. One team, one role, quick proof. Standard scoring, no configuration set.

Growth

Explore. Reliability and fit across a few departments, with light department-based configuration and dynamic variables.

Enterprise

Commit. The gated, long-term decision. Full configuration set, governance, and audit. Org-wide.
Hyper-calibration is Enterprise-only. Starter and Growth run on standard scoring; Growth adds light, department-based configuration with dynamic variables. The per-customer, frozen hyper-calibration layer is set up once at Enterprise. See Configure.

What each agent’s report uses

Each agent produces one completed report, and credits are deducted only for that report.
A report is charged only when it is completed. An interrupted interview, a failed recording or an incomplete report is not charged, and retrying to complete the same report does not charge twice. Credit rates per report: .
