Monitoring begins the moment a deployed session or document workflow produces an output. From there, Exterview tracks the result through review, action, and measurement, with continuous operational monitoring and a full audit trail. Monitor is the third phase of the Smaya lifecycle. You review results in the Decision Center, and Monitor builds toward two artifacts the platform is designed to defend.

The Decision Record

Available: every decision change carries a stated reason and the person who made it, AI score overrides keep a written justification, and the model and prompt behind each score are recorded. Upcoming: the full Decision Room view.

The Fairness Register

Upcoming: cohort-level measurement of outcome rates by stage and group (including the four-fifths comparison), with alerts when a configuration change moves them.
