What it is designed to do

  • Create a sequence of messages and set the delay between each.
  • Choose which candidates enter the sequence.
  • Stop the sequence automatically once a candidate responds or completes their interview.

What you can use today

Candidate Messaging sends invites, reminders and updates on email and WhatsApp. Completion and Recovery follows up by phone when a candidate drops out mid-interview. See Configure candidate communication.
