Purpose

How Exterview connects to the systems your team already runs, grouped by category. Each card shows what is available today and what is Upcoming. This is a category and status view, not a live connector catalog.
Each category is tagged Available (usable today) or Upcoming (on the roadmap, not yet usable). Where a category is partly available, the card says what works today first.

Categories

ATS and HRMS

Available. One-way report and status export to major ATS platforms, CSV export of candidates, and a one-time guided data migration during onboarding. Upcoming: bidirectional ATS/HRIS sync.

Calendar

Available. Calendar sync for interview scheduling through Microsoft Graph.

Identity and SSO

Available. Single sign-on through your organization’s existing Microsoft Entra ID directory, with no separate credentials to manage.

Messaging

Available. Candidate invites, reminders and updates on email and WhatsApp, including two-way rescheduling on WhatsApp. Upcoming: Outreach Campaigns, sequenced messages that stop when a candidate responds.

Job boards

Upcoming. Posting roles to external job boards. Your branded careers page publishes open roles today.

Knowledge and documents

Available. Agent Skills and Knowledge: teach your agents your company knowledge so their questions and answers reflect how you hire. Upcoming: offer templates.

Reporting

Available. Unified candidate reports, shareable reports, CSV export, and quick search (⌘K) across jobs and candidates. Upcoming: natural-language talent search and bulk data export.

Webhooks

Upcoming. There are no outbound partner webhooks today. The model is poll-based; see the API Introduction.

MCP

Available. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or another MCP client: more than 45 tools behind OAuth 2.1 with Microsoft sign-in, scoped to the person asking. No delete tools. Upcoming: starting a role run.

Slack

Upcoming. Ask an Exterview AI Employee from Slack by direct message or mention. Read-only: nothing is changed from Slack.
