Purpose
Go-live means your workflows are ready to deploy, live agent sessions or document workflows. Clear this checklist first.Readiness checklist
When every item is confirmed, your configuration baseline is frozen and you’re
ready to deploy.
What happens next
Once you’re go-live ready, you move to Deploy, launching live sessions (phone, voice, avatar, panel, HR, assessment, and post-hire) or document workflows (role creation, resume match, offers).Scoring is confirmed by running it. Your scoring is calibrated during
Foundation, but it’s only confirmed once it’s run. Treat your first phase, up
to about 100 practice interviews, as a practice period: keep human review
especially close and hold off on high-stakes reliance until scoring is
confirmed at that volume. This is a hard gate on the Production
Checklist. See
Calibration.
For larger enterprise contracts, going live is a staged process, not a
single step everyone follows the same way: your contract is signed, then your
team runs a practice period of roughly 100 test interviews across about 5
roles, then the Exterview team gives final sign-off, then you move to fully
live use, and finally your team receives training. Ask your Customer Success
contact where you stand in this process.
