Purpose

Exterview uses the third-party sub-processors below to deliver specific platform capabilities. Each processes only the data required for its function, under contract and scoped to your configuration.
This list is current as of 5 July 2026. Contact your Exterview representative for the latest version and to be notified of changes.

Sub-processors by purpose

“Coming soon” sub-processors are not yet live and do not process your data. Sub-processor use is governed by your customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum. Where a capability is not enabled in your setup, its sub-processors do not process your data.

How we manage sub-processors

Purpose-limited

Each sub-processor receives only the data its function needs, nothing more.

Contractual controls

Use is governed by your agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

Configuration-scoped

If a capability is off in your configuration, its sub-processors do not process your data.

FAQs

Only those tied to a capability you have enabled. For example, telephony vendors process data only if you run phone screens.
Ask your Exterview representative to add you to sub-processor change notifications.
