EX Code is an Upcoming AI coding assessment. It will let a candidate solve role-relevant coding problems and give your reviewers a scored Code AI Report.

  • Run a coding assessment against problems and a rubric set for the role.
  • Score the submission with structured, evidence-linked scoring.
  • Produce a Code AI Report that sits alongside the candidate’s other reports.

How it fits

EX Code is Upcoming. Today, assess technical depth with EX Voice or EX Avatar questions and Panel Interviews in Microsoft Teams. As with every Exterview report, a human reviewer will own the decision.
