Enable EX Voice for the role
In the role’s configuration, turn on EX Voice for the pipeline stage where the voice screen should run.

Confirm the questions and rubric
Review the questions and the scoring rubric the agent will use. See How to Set Scoring Weights and How to Define What a Strong Candidate Looks Like.

Invite the candidate
Send the invite over your chosen channel, or share the interview link. See Invite Flows.

Candidate completes the interview
The candidate joins from any browser, passes the device check, and completes the voice interview with the agent.

Scoring and critic evaluation run
The agent scores the interview against the rubric, and the critic layer evaluates the output before it surfaces. See AI Observability.

Review the report in Monitor
Open the Voice AI Screening Report, read the score and the evidence behind it, and check any critic flags. See Session Reports.

Make the decision
A human reviewer makes the call and advances or holds the candidate. No adverse decision is made autonomously.
