Before you start
When available, you will need a configured role with EX Panel enabled, a candidate to invite, and panel interviewers assigned. See Configure and Session Types.Steps

Enable EX Panel for the role
Turn on EX Panel for the pipeline stage and set the number of rounds.

Assign panel interviewers and confirm the rubric
Assign the interviewers and review the shared rubric each will score against. See How to Set Scoring Weights.

Schedule and invite
Schedule the round and invite the candidate and panel. See Invite Flows.

Run the panel round
The panel conducts the interview. Each interviewer submits structured feedback against the rubric.

Consolidated scoring and critic evaluation run
Exterview consolidates the panel’s input into one score, and the critic layer evaluates the output before it surfaces. See AI Observability.

Open the Panel AI Report, read the consolidated score and each interviewer’s evidence, and check any critic flags. See Session Reports.

Make the decision
