Running the HR Round

Before you start

You need a configured role with the HR Round enabled and a candidate who has reached the HR round. See Configure and Session Types.

Turn on the HR Round for the closing stage of the pipeline and set the number of rounds.

Schedule and invite

Run the HR round

The round covers organization fit and closing topics, in Microsoft Teams. The Exterview bot joins the meeting and, when it ends, collects the transcript and recording.
