Core. These are the settings for how your AI voice and avatar interviewers present to candidates. You choose the platform and voice, the avatar, and the rounds; you are not running an interview here.
These settings only apply if your account has AI voice or avatar interviews turned on. If you don’t see them, ask your Customer Success contact.

Purpose

Make the AI voice and avatar interviewer present consistently for your organization, and decide how many rounds each candidate goes through.

Steps

Open the Config section

Go to Settings → Setup → Operations and find the Config section. AI Voice and AI Avatar sit under AI Screening.

Choose your AI voice

Under AI Voice, pick a platform and a voice, and preview a sample before you save.

Choose your AI avatar

Under AI Avatar, pick a platform and an avatar, and preview a short video sample.

Set voice and avatar rounds

Turn on up to three rounds each for AI Voice and AI Avatar interviews.

Turn on multilingual matching

Turn on Multilingual to let the interviewer mirror the language the candidate speaks, or leave it off to keep every interview in English.

Save configuration

Save. This applies across every job that uses AI Voice or AI Avatar rounds.
