Purpose
Before a stage’s result counts toward a candidate’s report, Exterview confirms the pieces that make up that report are actually there. What’s required depends on the stage type — a resume report needs the resume analysis and score, while a phone or voice stage also needs a transcript and recording. This is automatic and built into every report; it isn’t something your organization adjusts.Steps
1
Candidate completes a stage
The candidate finishes their phone screen, AI voice interview, AI avatar
interview, or resume review as normal.

2
Exterview checks the report has everything it needs
Before a stage counts toward the candidate’s report, Exterview confirms
the pieces required for that specific stage type are there — a resume
stage needs the analysis and score, while a phone or voice stage also
needs a transcript and recording.

3
Recruiters see a verification badge
A small badge next to the candidate’s score on the leaderboard, and on any
shared report link, shows whether everything came through. Hovering it
lists anything missing, so an incomplete report is never presented as
final.
