Core. Billing is a standard account screen, not an AI feature. Admins can review the organization’s Free Trial and Credits, plan, credit usage, and pricing directly in Settings. Upcoming: downloading invoices from Billing. Exterview is also live and transactable on the Microsoft Marketplace. See Pricing.
Billing

Before you start

Billing is only visible to your organization’s Billing Admin and Super Admin roles. It does not appear in Settings for other roles.

Steps

1

Open Billing in Settings

Go to Settings → Billing. Prices can be shown in US dollars or Indian rupees using the currency toggle at the top of the page.

2

Check your credits and current plan

See how many credits your organization has used against its total, along with capacity for each AI agent type. Panel and HR rounds draw on the same capacity as your AI rounds. Alongside it, your current plan shows its price, term, renewal date, and a chart of monthly credit use.

3

Compare plans and pricing

Below your current plan, plan cards show what each tier includes. Two tables give more detail: a package comparison and per-report pricing for each interview type.

4

Review security and compliance

A security and compliance card lists the security and privacy frameworks relevant to your plan. The current status of each, held or in progress, is published on Compliance FAQs. The card is not a certification claim.

5

Change your plan

Changing plans isn’t self-serve. Selecting any plan other than your current one opens an email to Exterview Sales, who provisions the change on your account.

Free Trial and Credits

A new workspace starts on a free trial with a credit balance you can watch in real time as your team explores the platform. When the trial ends, Billing shows a trial-ended screen with the plans you can move to, in US dollars or Indian rupees, and a link to pricing.

Best practices

One credit represents $1 of listed usage value, and every report has a fixed credit price. Credits are valid for the contract year in which they are granted and do not roll over.

Not directly. Every plan other than your current one routes to Exterview Sales . Plan changes are provisioned on your account rather than activated by you. Upgrades apply immediately as a prorated top-up; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your term.
One credit represents $1 of listed usage value. Every report has a fixed credit price: for example, a Resume Report costs 1 credit and an AI Voice Interview Report costs 10. One illustrative hire (20 Resume, 10 Phone Screening, 3 AI Voice, 2 Panel and 2 HR Interview Reports) comes to 160 credits. Your actual usage depends on your stages and volumes.
When one agent type is close to its capacity but your organization still has credits left overall, Exterview automatically shifts capacity from agent types with room to spare, so you keep working even if one meter is full.
