Before you start

You need an active account and permission to manage jobs (Admin, TA Manager, or Recruiter). See Manage users and roles.

Steps

Open Jobs

Go to the Jobs area of the workspace.

Start a job

Upload a job description file or describe the role in an AI prompt, then pick the pipeline and location it belongs to.

Complete the job wizard

Fill in the job basics (department, employment type, work mode, city, CTC, openings, and required skills), assign questions to each pipeline round, and add any candidates you already have before publishing. See Design your hiring pipeline.

Edit or duplicate

Continue editing a draft, edit a published job, or duplicate one to reuse its setup for a similar role.

Publish or unpublish

Publish a job to your careers page so candidates can apply, or unpublish it to stop taking new applicants.
