Steps

Run the round

Schedule the panel or HR round in Microsoft Teams. The Exterview bot records and transcribes it, and the round is scored against the role’s rubric.

Each interviewer scores independently

Every panel member scores independently, against the same rubric.

EX Rank combines the scores

Once the panel has scored, EX Rank rolls the individual ratings up into one result for the round.

Read the ranking and decide

The round’s result feeds the candidate’s composite rank on the Leaderboard. A person reads the ranking and the evidence behind it, and records the decision.
