How to Search and Export Data

Core. Search and data export are standard platform operations, not AI features.

Before you start

You need data to search. Exporting activity logs needs access to Settings.

Quick search

Press Cmd/Ctrl+K (or the Search box in the header) to jump straight to a job or candidate by name from anywhere in the workspace.

Search and filter the candidates list

On the Candidates page, search by name and filter by customer, job, or minimum score, or switch between the status tabs.

Export your activity logs

In Settings > Logs, search or filter the activity log, then Export to download the matching rows as a CSV.

Is this an AI feature?

No. Search and export are standard data operations.

Does quick search cover customer accounts too?

Not yet — quick search covers jobs and candidates. Customer accounts are on the roadmap for this box.
