Core. Freezing is the sign-off step. Your decisions become a versioned, signed Configuration Contract that every evaluation score traces back to.
Freeze the configuration contract

Purpose

A frozen contract makes evaluation reproducible and auditable, and controls how changes happen afterward.
For larger enterprise contracts, freezing isn’t a simple one-click step available right away. It’s a milestone: your team first runs a practice period of roughly 100 test interviews across a handful of roles, and the Exterview team gives final sign-off, before the configuration is frozen. See Go-live for how the practice period works.
