Steps

1

Exterview turns on the connection

Exterview enables the MCP server for your organization. It isn’t a self-service toggle yet.

2

Connect your MCP client

Point your MCP client at the Exterview server address and supply an existing Exterview access token in the request — there’s no interactive sign-in and no separate connection token to generate.

Your client shows a read-only tool list scoped to your organization: jobs, candidates, and candidate reports.

Every call is logged

Every question your assistant asks Exterview is recorded server-side. That log isn’t merged into your organization’s in-app audit trail yet.
